- Elmesthorpe Village Hall
Elmesthorpe Villagers and Friends Association (Leics) hold regular monthly music events.
A varied selection of tribute artists, and the Folk Dance Club meets on the 2nd and 4th Friday each month, 7:45 - 10:15.
- Lichfield Arts – Working in the community – Lichfield
Formed over fifty years ago, Lichfield Arts is an independent registered charity (Charity Number 1156217) based in the centre of Lichfield which is mainly run and supported by volunteers.
Lichfield Arts runs around 30 concerts each year covering wide genres of music in a variety of venues. We also organise three major festivals each year, including our flagship Fuse festival in July, which is one of the Midlands biggest and most popular free community festivals.
This is preceded in June by the Lichfield Blues & Jazz Festival and in October we hold L2F – Lichfield Festival of Folk.
- Owen Street Community Arts Centre – Atherstone
The OSCA Centre is a friendly local community centre which has a main hall, with a raised stage, that can hold 90+ using retractable seating, a fully fitted kitchen and eating area, and a sizeable meeting room.
The hall can be used for the performance of drama and music plus activities such as Tai Chi and can be hired including or excluding the meeting room but always with use of the kitchen and foyer.
In certain circumstances the kitchen can be hired separately.
Current regular users of the centre include The Gateway Club, Atherstone Amateur Dramatics, Leading Players, Tai Chi Qigong & Holistic Health, and Atherstone Theatre Workshops.
In conjunction with Live & Local and Atherstone Folk Club, there are 5 to 6 performances a year in addition to the users’ performances and those staged by OSCA themselves.
- Sheep Dip Sessions
The Sheep Dip Sessions started in 2011 as a house concert series in Sheep Dip Lane. The concerts have now relocated and The Sheep Dip is now found in Harbury Village Library, with approximately three concerts each in autumn and spring.
Each concert consists of a single touring act (UK and overseas acts) playing 2 x 45 min sets.
Tickets are £10 and booking is by email direct to the host: michael.luntley@gmail . Michael opens booking approx 4 weeks before each concert.
- The Crew / Queens Hall – Nuneaton
The Crew is a Rock Bar with genuine slices of rock history including a signed Oasis guitar amongst the seemingly endless signed memorabilia plastered across its walls.
Queens Hall is a live venue, and is committed to providing the best new talent and classic acts in the 'Live Music' entertainment business.
Supporting the live scene and promoting Rock, Punk, Metal and Tribute Bands from the UK and abroad.
